The Blue Sky Band is an Boise-area, Idaho based band of classic/modern rock and country music. We play the songs you recognize and love as well as few you might not know but will enjoy! Our members have years of experience in their craft having played in Idaho and California.

August 18, 2025Our audience seemed to prefer their better-known classic rock tunes, and not so much their AC-DC or more hard rock numbers. The Blue Sky members are skilled musicians and good performers.

* We have the PA system, mixer board, lights and of course all musical equipment needed.
* We will show up approximately 2-3 hours before the scheduled start time to set up, perform sound checks, and dial everything in.
* We will have a sound guy in the audience who will be able to dial in the balance, overall volume to provide the best experience
* We are flexible to the pace of the songs. We can play as quickly as 15 seconds between breaks, or extend it so that the audience has time for conversation.
Our sets are approx 1 hour in length and w will take 15 min breaks in between
We are a Boise-area based classis, modern rock and country cover band with years of experience playing in front of small to medium sized crowds. We range in age from mid 40's to low 70's. Why do I say that? Because we play a wide range of music that those age ranges will love. We guarantee a great show for your guests!
We typically have a sound man that will monitor mix, volume, etc to ensure we have the right sound for your event!
