Mimi the lady making my bouquet made a completely different one then they refused to correct it and solve the issue which was their fault to begin with! Owner Wini refused to make a different bouquet for me. Who would do that to someone thats getting married?!? Especially since they had my deposit for 5MONTHS!!! Refunded my deposit. Luckily I found Noaki jewelry and ordered a new one just in time for my wedding explained everything that had happened and the staff ensured me that this will not happen again! Do not recommend this place at all! Ordered directly from their page with bouquet style # and they tried to turn around and stick me with a cheaper model. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible! Its almost like if you custom make a ferrari pay for a ferrari and pick all the details then they show you the finished product and it's a dam toyota?!?!? You should be getting what you order and pay for. But don't expect that with this place!
