• Please let us know if your event will be indoors or outdoors, and if same-day pickup is required. (Additional fees apply for pickups after 9 PM.)
• Retainers are non-refundable and will be applied toward your event balance.
• Events may be rescheduled with at least 2 weeks’ notice (one reschedule permitted).
• A travel fee applies for locations 10+ miles away.
• Setups must be on a flat, accessible surface to ensure the best results.
