Technical Requirements

To ensure smooth and effective security service, Black Line Private Security requires the following:

A clear briefing before the event, including schedule, layout, entry/exit points, and any special instructions.

Adequate lighting in all areas where security is expected to patrol or monitor activity.

Access to event coordinator or point of contact for communication throughout the service.

Parking access for security personnel.

Any necessary passes or credentials for entry into restricted areas.

Notification of any known risks, past incidents, or expected challenges at the event or location.

For armed security (if booked): confirmation of compliance with location or venue policies regarding armed personnel.

We come fully equipped with all required uniform items, communication tools, and duty gear. If your event has additional requirements, we are happy to accommodate them with notice.
