Overview

We try to make it a memorable experience by really talking to the guests. If possible I like the parents to give me some information before the event. I want to look at the child and mention something in their life where they are doing well. If they have an elf on the shelf I get the name so I can drop it into the conversation.

Fantastic - 10 out of 10

This was a once in a lifetime experience for the kids - better than I ever expected (and I had high expectations). A truly magical experience.
