Bistro Nano is a one-of-a-kind food truck bringing together Italian comfort food and French Canadian favorites with a fun, elevated twist. We serve handcrafted pizzas, poutine, sandwiches, arancini, cannoli, frittelle, and other crowd-pleasing comfort foods using homemade recipes and imported Canadian ingredients whenever possible.

Our goal is simple: serve great food that gets people excited, keeps them hanging out a little longer, and creates an experience they will remember. Whether we are parked at a brewery, private party, festival, corporate lunch, employee appreciation event, wedding, or neighborhood gathering, we bring an upbeat atmosphere, friendly service, and food that people talk about long after the event is over.

We proudly serve Palm Beach and Broward Counties and love working with venues, businesses, schools, HOAs, and private clients looking for something unique and memorable.

We are fully self-contained and can operate with or without power access depending on the event setup. We carry our own generators and can typically serve in parking lots, driveways, parks, breweries, office buildings, schools, and event venues.

We can customize menus based on the type of event, guest count, dietary restrictions, and service style. Advance notice is appreciated for vegetarian or special dietary requests.

We are licensed and permitted to operate in Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
