Mr. Frank said he would play as guests arrived. I was greeting guests as they arrived. Many more attended than expected. We still had a huge line and Mr. Frank was sitting in event center instead of playing. Many guests did not hear him.

This is a misrepresentation. As agreed upon I played outside for 40 minutes as guests arrived. After the last people entered the building I went into the building. There was a huge waiting line inside the building. Karen was inside the building while I had played outside. At the end of the service I played Amazing Grace four times from the front of the room and continued playing through to the back of the room. Dozens of people outside and inside thanked me for playing. I completed what was asked of me.
Bill was very early for our event and was cracking jokes even though it was 3am. He was fun to be around, made everyone laugh, and played wonderfully! We definitely recommend him to others

The Ohio River Road Runners Club (ORRRC) partnered with Bill to play before one of our races. Unfortunately for all involved, it ended up being a chilly day to run! Despite that, Bill braved the elements in full Scottish attire and played several songs while our runners were warming up. I found Bill very easy and friendly to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone else looking to book a piper!

My husband was buried today. He was a Vietnam War Veteran and the one thing he repeatedly asked for was that the bagpipes be played at his service and that they play Amazing Grace. The one thing he wanted. So, Mr. Bill Frank was booked for the event. The funeral home had contacted Mr. Bill Frank twice and I had also received a message from Mr. Bill Frank telling me that he had been booked by the funeral home. I even contacted Mr. Bill Frank regarding the color of kilt he would be wearing and thanking him. Mr. Bill Frank was a NO SHOW. Not only was he a NO SHOW, he didn't call. When he was contacted this morning to see where he was, he was at home and said he was sorry but he had forgotten all about being booked for the service. Some excuse about remodeling and the house being all torn up. Tell me.....after that many calls and messages, how does one forget about a booking? Apparently, this was not important to Mr. Bill Frank but it was extremely important to his family. We thought we were giving a husband, a father his one last wish. Incompetence thought otherwise. Please note even though Mr. Bill Frank did not attend the event, I must chose what was provided for the event and a star rating which I did not have the choice of no stars before I can submit the review.

I was totally wrong. We are having significant house repairs and I was distracted. I sincerely apologized for my serious indiscretion. In 27 years of playing I never failed in performing. Mrs. Haley I am so very, very sorry. I can meet you at a time convenient to you at the Cemetery and play pipes with no charge. If not I could meet you there on the first anniversary of your husband' s death with no charge. I cannot begin to imagine the emotional pain I brought to you and your family and friends. I myself am feeling very distressed. I have always honored veterans.

This is the second time I have booked Bill to play for my friends and it is awesome every time! Highly recommended!

Mr. Frank played the bagpipes at my father's cemetery service. He was easy to work with and his demeanor and presence was befitting the solemnity of the occasion. We were all moved by the contribution of the music he played.

Bill was very accommodating to our special requests, played beautifully and everyone was moved by the ceremony. I highly recommend Bill. Thank you so much for helping our family honor my husband’s wishes to have Amazing Grace on the bagpipes play at the end of his funeral mass.
