I have a broad list of jazz standards ready along with top 40 pop songs and originals. I also take requests by you or will be prepared if you have a specified list. Depending upon the difficulty of the song and the setting of the event, I can accompany myself on keyboard. I am trustworthy, responsible and can adapt to the needs of just about any occasion seeking my services. The songs that I perform can be very lighthearted uptempos to fuller ballads. I love to interact with people in the audience.

My name is Bianca Sirgany-Castro and stage name is Bianca Jade. I am a singer-songwriter of Cuban and Jamaican descent, born in Miami, Florida and raised in Frederick, Maryland. In high school, I majored in vocal music, studied jazz and choral music, learned music theory, jazz theory and performed for numerous events. Currently, I am a twenty year old performing arts high school graduate (Valedictorian), on a career path toward the music industry. I am a vocal music/music education major at Miami Dade College. I've been singing since I was ten years old and at fourteen, I began writing my own music and teaching myself to play piano and guitar. My influences come from a variety of artists/bands some of which are Amy Winehouse, Alicia Keys, Coldplay, Bob Marley, Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Kings of Leon, Sam Smith… the list goes on and on. Currently, I have several complete songs (lyrics and piano) and three professionally recorded tracks that I plan to use for an EP. I am also learning to use Logic Pro to create tracks. Since 2011, I have been keeping up with social networking sites and uploading cover videos, music videos and original songs to YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. I also post #MusicMonday cover videos of myself singing harmonies on Instagram. In the summer of 2012, I won the Sparkle Singing Challenge, a national singing competition sponsored by Myspace and TriStar Pictures for the new movie "Sparkle" featuring Jordin Sparks, Whitney Huston and several other talents. I won the state and national competitions which lead to several prizes including recording a Punch Monkeys, LLC original song, an interview and performance on BET's 106 & Park, a Myspace homepage feature and a video documentation of my experience in New York. My main goal as an artist is to inspire and influence as many people as possible through my music. I want to be the best that I can be as a singer-songwriter and I am confident that I can and will make my mark in the music world. I am a very driven, trustworthy, responsible and hardworking individual who works well independently and in creative collaboration.
