Our event was awesome! Janice showed up on time and set everything up quickly. The booth made adorable photo strips! She was so kind and helpful to everyone who took photos. We even had some of our grumpiest characters dressing up and smiling. We would 100% use again and 1000% recommend!

Janice & Jennifer are the best! A month before our wedding I realized our wedding planner was unsure of the package she coordinated with our DJ. We had initially emphasized that we wanted a complete package with DJ, Photo booth and uplighting. Unfortunately communication was lost somewhere and I ended up having to look for a photo booth and uplighting company last minute. I am so grateful we ran across Beyond Your Dream Events. From the start they were responsive and understanding. We ended up booking our photobooth, uplighting and the dancing on the clouds with them. Highly recommended!

To ensure the highest quality experience and a seamless setup for your event, please take note of the following technical requirements. Providing these details helps us ensure that the Beyond Your Dream experience is flawless from the moment we arrive.
📐 Space & Placement
*Footprint: We require a minimum dedicated space of 10' x 10' for the booth, backdrop, and prop station.
*Surface: A flat, level indoor surface is required. If the event is outdoors, the booth must be placed on a solid, dry surface (no grass/dirt) and must be fully protected from direct sunlight, wind, and precipitation under a professional-grade tent or canopy.
*Ceiling Height: A minimum clearance of 10 feet is required for our backdrop stands and lighting equipment.
⚡ Power Requirements
*Dedicated Outlet: We require one dedicated 15-amp (or higher) 110V 3-prong outlet within 10 feet of the setup area. To prevent technical glitches or blown fuses, we request that the outlet is not shared with high-draw equipment like DJ speakers, coffee makers, or catering warmers.
🌐 Connectivity
*Wi-Fi Access: For instant digital sharing (text and email), a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection is preferred but not required. If no signal is available, all photos will be queued and sent immediately once the equipment is back in a service area.
🚛 Logistics & Access
*Setup Time: We require access to the setup area at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

Electricity for the photo booths is always a must
