I will give them my all. I would educate then and I would be very compassionate to their needs and understanding. I am not a long talker. I get to the point.

I can be hard and soft at the same time. Because being healthy is no joke. Many death could have been saved if only the reach out and stop doing things to their lives.

If you are looking for someone to hit to the core of your soul and make you think you have the right person but if you are looking for someone that is going to baby you just pass me right by. too many deaths when it could have been dealt with.

My name is Lady Mascheria. I am the founder of Better Health For Women and Men, My title lady comes from the UK. I am an American. I am an author, a teacher, and a health coach and will soon be a professor in a holistic science researcher. My mission is to try and solve medical issues through research. And to give the best advice that I can and working with doctors in trying to solve many problems that we face dealing with stress and depression.

I am a proud mother of 5 daughters and 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. I have taken up my education through many classes through Coursera and also with hands-on. I took care of my mother for 7 years she had Parkinson she pass on 12/31/2017. I use to be a CNA before I got hurt really badly in 1994. I know nothing but medical lol its in my blood
