January 4, 2024They were ok communicators with about a 24-hour response time. They showed up on time, setup quickly and left. I discovered from a friend that the pricing was a bit expensive ($300 for a balloon arch) but I'm willing to pay for vendors that do good work.

The only negative thing that I can really say, but it really isn’t negative, is the time limit that they took creating my daughters sweet 16 birthday epic party.
