I play sing-along stuff like Beatles, Beach Boys, Cat Stevens, The Police, John Denver, Kenny Loggins, etc. And even Nirvana from time to time. I can play up to 4 hours without a break. I play at a volume that's comfortable for the audience. I try to engage the audience unless specifically asked not to. I love doing what I do and I'd love to do it for you!

September 27, 2017Working with Benny was great! He is an incredibly versatile performer. He can do anything from the Beatles to Nirvana - or both in the same song! He can sing softly and beautifully, or strong and powerfully, or flat out raspy yelling and it all sounds great. He's also very easy to work with. He's flexible enough to fit whatever your needs are, adaptable enough to change plans on the fly and go with the flow, and humble enough to make sure the end result is the way YOU want it to be. I'm already planning on hiring him again.

July 1, 2013Benny is charismatic as Paul in his Beatles tribute band British Finest. You won't be able to stop dancing! I caught a performance last week at Knott's Berry Farm. I also saw one last summer and am now hooked! If you live in the So Cal area, come out and see them at Knott's Berry Farm they are there on select dates all summer long. I had a chance to talk with Benny after the show, as did several other guests. He is very personable and just adorable on top of being a wonderful singer. Hire him - you and your guests will be very happy.

March 16, 2013I saw him perform as Paul McCartney with the Pops. He was outstanding. Very animated and talented. He also played piano. I was so impressed. I would hire him in a minute if I lived in CA.

Generally, I'm hired to play at restaurants, private parties, basically any event where music is required. I arrive about a half hour to an hour before the event actually starts in order to set up and tune up. The client typically provides me with water or coffee and I take it from there. If there are special requests the client contacts me via email or phone prior to the date and discusses them with me. It's always easy and fun and people can carry on conversation or sing along. I have no ego about the volume so always feel free to ask me to turn down if it's louder than desired.
I regularly play at Ye Olde Ship in Santa Ana as well as The Pint House in Fullerton and in Orange. Occasionally you can find me at The Vintage Steak House in San Juan Capistrano. I'm based in Los Angeles, but obviously I make my way to Orange County so I'm not afraid to commute a little. I'm typically paid in check or cash at the end of the gig.
