Hi, I'm Ben. I've been in the coaching and leadership development business, training, mentoring and helping people become successful in their business and careers for the past 14+ years now. I've recently made a transition to where I am now speaking to other organizations to help them grow their leadership teams and sales teams, increasing an understanding of why people perform at the level they do and how to improve it, how to increase results in terms of sales, growing your leadership team and in turn growing your organization.
I also host the 5 star rated personal development podcast called The Pursuit where you can listen in to some of my content.

The presentation and material were fantastic. He gave us lots of time to do work alone and in groups. When were all as one group, he welcomed feedback from the crowd and he let them know that what they had to say was important. There was so much involvement from the crowd and people were comfortable with talking to him. He interacted very well with everyone. His explanations were very well received and the crowd just loved them. Even now, 4 months later, people are still talking about the event. I am so glad we did it.

We had Ben Spangl facilitate a leadership development session with our Senior Management team. It was a dynamic session with lots of interactive discussion and the opportunity to ask questions and really come away with some practical tools on ways to support, supervise and communicate with our teams. The feedback from the group after the session was very positive and our team was able to take the information and implement it in their practice immediately.

For over 15 years Ben has been a dedicated student to personal growth, understanding our mind, and personal transformation. How it applies both on an individual basis and in leadership within an organization.
Ben now helps individuals and organizations all over the world with his keynotes, seminars, workshops, podcast and courses.
He has spoken to audiences ranging from 25 all the way up to over 20,000.
Ben grew up as a very shy, timid and nervous kid. He had began to accept his future as limited and that he would never be able to have a dream life but just settle for an average life.
In 2007, that all changed when he began his journey as an entrepreneur in financial services, most importantly began his journey into the world of personal growth.
He became obsessed with reading every book and listening to every audio he could on personal development, understanding the mind and how to change your life.
However, even with all that knowledge, his life wasn't changing the way he wanted to. He was still struggling to get by, still not living the life he knew deep down he could.
In late 2010, Ben attended his very first personal development seminar and at this seminar all the pieces started to come together. He developed a true understanding for his mind and why even though he had the right information, he wasn't getting he results he wanted.
After understanding how to reprogram his mind, his whole world changed. Financially, business/career, lifestyle, happiness, family and more.
Now he is committed to teaching and inspiring people all over the world how they can do the exact same. The process for success is the same no matter who you are. We all have a mind, and it works the same way we just need to learn how to use it to get what we want.
Ben runs one of the top 1% of podcasts worldwide called The Pursuit. Has a weekly newsletter, and does live seminars and events to help people create their ideal life and learn how to Master Your Mind.
He lives in Edmonton, AB with his wife Tiffany and is a father to his two daughters.
