What to expect
We arrive at least 60 minutes before your scheduled event to set up the photobooth equipment, stanchions, special lighting/effect, props, backdrop and signs. At the scheduled contract time, the photobooth is going full swing! We encourage you to share with your guests that the photobooth is available until the contracted end time.

Additional booking notes
We need to have a covered and flat, leveled surface close to a power outlet. While the machine can run without direct power, we request this as we have some pretty cool things (i.e., large viewing screen, special effects) that require charging during an event.
Florida weather can be unpredictable. We ask that you have a Plan B inside your venue if the photobooth experience is expected to take place outside under a covered area. There is an outside package fee that may be added on if your event does not have the appropriate set up. (i.e., flat surface, tent covering, extension cords, etc.)
We prefer to have a 12x12 area to maximize your experience! While the photobooth can fit comfortably in a 10x10 space, the tad bit extra space allows us to accommodate a custom backdrop, full prop table, viewing screen and more! If space is an issue, let us know...we will do our best to accommodate you and will provide guidance as needed.
WiFi is needed for the digital and 360 videos to quickly airdrop and sync to your guests' phones so that they can quickly receive their digital content. Please provide us your venue's coordinator contact information so that we can verify service speed. We want your guests to get their amazing videos asap, and this helps us plan and make that happen.
