April 16, 2026Very pleased
We were very happy with Bella Rose. She took on last minute to play for our ceremony and learn new songs that were flawless. She was very easy to work with. She showed up early set up and did what she needed to do so we didn’t have to stress anything about her part in our special day.

About
Hi, I'm Bella, a classically trained violinist with over 17 years of experience bringing beautiful, timeless music to life's most memorable moments. I specialize in performing at weddings, creating elegant and romantic atmospheres with a repertoire that spans classical pieces, modern love songs, and custom requests to make your day uniquely yours.
I earned my degree in music from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2025, where I refined my performance skills and developed a deep love for sharing music with others. Whether you're planning an intimate ceremony or a grand celebration, I work closely with each couple to ensure every note reflects the emotion of the day.
When I'm not performing, I love to travel, bake, cook, and scrapbook which are activities that keep me inspired and creative both on and off the stage.
Let’s make your wedding unforgettable with the perfect music. I’d love to be part of your special day!
Additional booking notes
1. The Artist is an independent contractor (and not an employee), and assumes all responsibility for Federal and State taxes. Artist will provide her violin, stand, and music. Violinist will also need a chair. If you are requesting the duo, chairs will need to be provided for both of the instrumentalists. Artist(s) will come professionally attired 30 minutes in advance and retain control over details and manner of the performance including the right to accept or decline music requests. Music requests must be received a month in advance. Artists will rest for five minutes per 55 minutes of performance, with a thirty-minute rest after four hours.
2. Client will provide a safe ventilated venue with a clean solid level surface on which to perform of at least 4'x4', away from direct sources of heat/coldness, with sufficient lighting between 60°F and 90°F. If playing outdoors, violin must be protected from outdoor elements including direct sunlight. Shade must be provided (ex. umbrella, gazebo). I highly recommend an umbrella. If inclement weather (excessive humidity, precipitation, temperatures outside the specified ranges, gusting winds, etc.) threatens, the Contracting Party must arrange for an alternate site. The violin cannot be outside in the rain at all under any circumstances.
The violin must be out of direct sunlight (a tent, umbrella, or gazebo is acceptable).
Temperatures must be between 60-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Extreme heat can damage the violin, and extreme cold makes for stiff fingers!
There must be an alternate location planned, in the event of rain or inclement weather.
If it begins to rain during any event I will be forced to immediately cover my instrument and move to an environmentally safe area. I will be happy to continue playing from an indoor/covered location. The full balance of the contract is still due.
3. Client is responsible to make the venue available at least thirty minutes before the start of performance. If the event is outdoors, Client is responsible to provide a "rain plan" with an alternate site, and, when implementing the "rain plan," to notify Artist at least thirty (30) minutes before the start of performance plus travel time. Should weather, illness, or act of God stop the performance, Client remains responsible for the full performance fee.
4. Deposit and payment: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due with this contract. The full payment is due by your wedding date and needs to be received before we begin playing music. Most find it easiest to pay via Venmo the week of the wedding. I also will accept a check at the wedding. If the performance event is canceled by the Client less than 24 hours before the engagement, the balance shall be required in full. The deposit will be refunded in full if Artist cancels after receiving the contract or is unable to perform because of illness, accident, transport, inclement weather, or Act of God. This is the full limit of Artist's liability, though Artist may assist in helping find a substitute artist.
