Hi, My name is Bijou and I'm the owner and lead planner & designer of Belissima Events and a certified Wedding and Event Planner. I have over 6 years of experience planning weddings and other events like milestone birthdays and such from start to finish. As a wedding and events planner, I focus on my passion to helping my clients create truly amazing experiences for themselves and their guests. There's nothing more satisfying than knowing my services made my clients’ day. I'm located in the NW Chicago suburbs but I can come to you. I love to travel and discover new places and cultures. I work with a variety of budgets so if you're on a limited budget, ask about our Wedding Day Management Service or À La Carte services.

* Pricing depends on a variety of factors such as guest count, location(s), and logistics. Pricing is custom quoted based on your specific needs.
* Phone and email support are provided during regular business hours throughout the planning process to answer wedding-related questions.
* Phone calls over 15 minutes and emails that require a detailed response will be counted toward your
planning hours. Your wedding planner will provide business hours to you at the time of booking. You can expect a response from your planner within 48 hours during the workweek.
* Virtual Services are limited to meetings and consultations when client is unable to make an in-person meeting
* For Partial Planning, travel to and from meetings and travel related to planning tasks that are more than 30 minutes from the wedding planner’s office will be counted toward the planning hours, based on round-trip travel time.
* The planning hours included in the service can only be used for planning of the wedding/event and cannot be used to plan other events.
* These planning hours may not be used for your planner to be on-site for additional hours on the day of the
rehearsal, on the wedding day, or for any work after the wedding/event date.
* Travel Time: I charge for travel time to and from meetings and events that are more than an hour away at $50 per hour for myself as well as my assistant(s).
* Lodging Expenses: If your wedding falls on a holiday weekend, on a weekend when there is a convention in town, or for any other reason that results in an unexpected high demand of hotel rooms which makes the cost
skyrocket, I will personally book our lodging accommodations, preferably at the event venue or where the wedding guests are staying, then have you, the client, reimburse my company for the charge which will be included in the final invoice.
* Meals: Aside from requiring a regular dinner meal on the day of the event for myself and my staff, I don’t typically require that clients pay for my meals when traveling to a wedding that is further than an hour from my
office.
