BeeHive Mobile Bar

BeeHive Mobile Bar provides professional dry-hire mobile bartending for weddings, private parties, and corporate events. Based in Costa Mesa, we primarily serve Orange County and select surrounding areas by arrangement. Founded in 2025, BeeHive is led by a bartender with over eight years of experience. We create custom cocktails and mocktails tailored to your event and selected package. Full-service packages include a portable bar, professional bartending, mixers, ice, coolers, bar equipment, garnishes, plastic glassware, napkins, straws, a printed menu, and complimentary setup and breakdown. Clients purchase the alcohol using our tailored shopping list. Bartender-Only Service starts at $350 with a two-hour minimum and $75 per additional hour; it includes professional bartending, bar tools, a tailored shopping list, setup and cleanup, but excludes the portable bar and full supplies. Bronze starts at $750, Silver at $1,150, and Gold is custom quoted. Full packages have a three-hour minimum, with additional service at $100 per hour per bartender. Final pricing and staffing depend on guest count, hours, location, and add-ons. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Bronze — from $750, recommended for up to 70 guests: mobile bar, one bartender, two signature cocktails, mixers, ice, coolers, shopping list, menu consultation and standard garnishes.

Silver — from $1,150, recommended for up to 120 guests: large mobile bar, two bartenders, three signature cocktails, mixers, ice, coolers, shopping list, menu consultation and premium garnishes.

Gold — custom quote, recommended for 120+ guests: custom-styled bar, two or more bartenders, four signature cocktails, fully custom menu, mixers, ice, coolers, shopping list, soft drinks and water, Refreshment Station, and premium garnishes and presentation. Guest counts are recommendations, not minimums.

Optional Refreshment Station from $125 and Slushie Machine from $215. Full packages have a three-hour minimum and extra service is $100 per hour per bartender. Bartender-Only Service has a two-hour minimum and extra service is $75 per hour. Clients purchase alcohol separately.

I got my start behind the bar over 8 years ago, working at some of the top speakeasies in the industry. There's something about that world — the precision, the creativity, the way a well-made drink can turn a good night into an unforgettable one — that pulled me in early and never let go.

That passion is what led me to start BeeHive Mobile Bar. What began as a love for craft cocktails has grown into a full team of bartenders who share the same mindset: no two events are the same, so no two drink menus should be either. Whether it's a wedding, a milestone birthday, or a corporate celebration, we take the time to understand what the host actually wants — the vibe, the flavors, the little details that make it feel personal — and build the bar experience around that.

We handle everything from setup to last call, so hosts can actually enjoy their own event instead of managing it. At the end of the day, that's what this work is really about for me: creating moments people remember, one drink at a time.

Space & Setup
-Minimum of a 6x4 ft area for the bar setup (larger for high-volume events)
-Access to a flat, stable surface (indoor or outdoor)
-Setup typically requires 45–60 minutes before guest arrival; breakdown takes about 30 minutes

Weather (Outdoor Events)
-For outdoor events, please provide shade or covering for the bar area in case of sun or rain
-A backup indoor location is recommended in case of inclement weather

Parking & Access
-On-site parking or a nearby loading area for equipment unloading
-Please inform us of any stairs, elevators, or long carry distances to the setup location
