Gig length: 15 - 30 minutes
What to expect
- Entertaining hula numbers suitable for any occasion or event (all ages)
- Lovely dance routines inspired by the Hawaiian islands
- Opportunities for you and your guests to learn Hawaiian dance moves (ie. Hula, Tahitian)
- Songs and dances customized/catered to your event (ie. weddings, birthday parties, corporate functions, etc)
- All clients will have an opportunity to provide a full explanation of their expectations for the show in terms of types of songs, moods and also identify guest(s) they would like to participate in learning the dance at the end of the show
- Ideal for Hawaiian inspired parties or events, such as luaus, mai-tai parties, summer barbeques or socials, community events, etc.
About
With boundless energy and a strong passion for performing, Tina “Kina Nohealani” has enjoyed entertaining audiences through the expression of Hawaiian and Tahitian cultural dance for many years, performing at Hawaiian cultural pavilions, and in private and public events. Teaching Hula dance provided a unique leadership opportunity, allowing Tina to share in the beauty, grace, and fun of Hula while at the same time imparting the joy and Spirit of Aloha to different audiences, both young and old. Tina looks forward to continuing to entertain diverse groups while at the same time raising awareness of the Polynesian and Hawaiian culture to the communities she presents to. “A Hui Hou” or “Until we meet again…” 🥰 💕👋🌺🏝️
Additional booking notes
We require a private room or space if we are changing costumes; if a room is not available, we require access to a private area preferably close to the stage or show area during our performance. For your convenience, we provide our own professional grade speaker, microphone and stands suitable for the size of the venue or stage; we request access to an electrical outlet for the equipment to set up our sound system or an extension cord if the performance area is far from the electrical outlet source. We also provide our own pop up change room for outdoor events with no private rooms nearby; please let us know in advance if we need to bring this to your event. “Mahalo” Thank you🙏! Kina 🌺
