The Professor provides a self-contained professional sound and lighting setup suitable for small to mid-sized events. Standard audio equipment includes two powered QSC K12 speakers and a QSC KS112 subwoofer, delivering clean, balanced sound with controlled low end appropriate for both dance-focused and formal events.
In addition to sound, The Professor offers Chauvet DJ lighting, which can be tailored to the event style. Lighting can be configured for high-energy dance floors or kept minimal and elegant for weddings, corporate events, and formal occasions.
For setup, The Professor requires:
- Access to two standard grounded power outlets within reasonable distance of the performance area
- A minimum setup space of approximately 6’ x 6’
- Venue access 60–90 minutes prior to event start time for proper setup and sound check
For outdoor events, a covered performance area and reliable power source are required.
For larger venues, outdoor spaces, or events with 150+ guests, additional sound or lighting may be recommended and can be coordinated in advance to ensure optimal coverage and sound quality.
