With simple and gentle tools I shows you how to connect with your own energy, and recognize your strengths and innate powers to become Your Authentic Self. My part is often to be the Change Agent and Supporter to your Success.
I specialize in a Body-Centered approach to Recovery and Wellness, because I believe that true healing includes the whole person, the BodyMind. I offer a safe place in my office for you to find relief from anger, anxiety, stress, obsessive and impulsive behaviors and thought patterns. You learn how to release internal blocks and how to move beyond your limitations.
