I am 49 years, and a person who has gone through a lot of loss in my life, which has caused me to suffer from depression, which to comfort myself from my feelings and depression I turn to food and alcohol. I have battled obesity, alcoholism, and depression since being a teenager.
I was a professional wrestler (Chubby Dudley, one of the Original Boys in ECW), wrestling promoter, and wrestling radio talk show for over 13 years, and also played guitar in a Philadelphia area punk rock band for 16 years, where I tried to chase the dream of becoming a big star in the world of entertainment.
Now today, I currently work in the car business, with a couple different automotive internet ventures, as well as being a husband and father of three.
I also still have my foot in the entertainment world by currently hosting an online weekly sports / entertainment radio show.
I lived most of the first 40 years of my life with a negative approach to life which caused me to be a sad, depressed and miserable person.
But something changed me almost 8 years ago.....
A certain Hollywood celebrity, Charlie Sheen had a very public meltdown, and used the saying "WINNING"
I started using the saying as a joke, but then I started to use it as a way of life.
I started to think positive and happy thoughts............WINNING ways of thinking.
It worked, I started to change my whole life.
Things started going in a positive direction, and I started to finally in my life be happy.
All thanks to Charlie Sheen, and his WINNING Meltdown.
So in my speech I talk for about 45 mins to an hour with a rundown of my life,
