How the Booking Process Works

1. Event Details & Initial Inquiry
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details including guest count, event time, location/venue, and any initial expectations for the gathering.

2. Reservation & Planning Deposit
Event planning begins once a $145 advance planning deposit is secured. After confirmation, the client will receive a detailed questionnaire covering guest preferences, event vision, menu considerations, dietary requirements, beverage preferences, and overall atmosphere.

3. Concept Development
Based on the submitted information, BAREEKBINI prepares 4–5 curated moodboards exploring tablescape design, décor styling, color palettes, and overall event ambiance. These help finalize the creative direction before production begins.

4. Vendor & Staffing Coordination
Once the design and event details are approved, BAREEKBINI coordinates vendor bookings, staffing, catering collaboration, and venue logistics to secure the event date and operational requirements.

5. Pre-Event Setup & Coordination
To ensure a seamless experience, our team plans all details in advance. BAREEKBINI requires venue access at least one day prior to the event for setup coordination, styling preparation, and operational checks.
