Get ready to have a fantastic time! Our hosts split the room into teams, play a short intro video and start with a few warm up questions to introduce BANDthology Live! with a couple of Music Matches for the whole audience - "How many music artists can you match with a type of food in their name"? eg. Cream, The Cranberries, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Black Eyed Peas, Meat Loaf, Honeydrippers, Bananarama.

The event builds momentum as the group answers all types of Music trivia questions, performs Auditions (music themed charades) and Karaoke questions, dances for bonus points, Draws (ala pictionary) and works as a team to earn points and fun prizes.

The music trivia questions are displayed on the screen(s) and presented in unique ways including unscrambles, fill in the blanks, True or False, Multiple Choice, Music Map questions, Video auditions, Music Matches and Video trivia questions.

Your group might be called on to participate in our "Elvis Off", or maybe to dance in a kick line as we celebrate "New York New York". They might be called up to do a group karaoke question or uncramble a hands on puzzle or act out an Audition.

All activities are set to a great variety of upbeat music - guaranteed to get the room jumping.

There is something for everyone. You don't have to know lots about music to have a great time at a BANDthology Live! show.

At BANDthology LIVE! audience members are the stars of the show. BANDthology LIVE! is highly interactive and quite literally gets players jumping out of their seats to join in the fun. Audience sizes can vary from as few as 20 people, to 200 or more.

The players have to work together to solve music themed puzzles, trivia questions and open ended questions that jump start creativity in a hilarious and interactive format. While performing off the wall Auditions (charades) and taking on activities like matching “bands with colours”, teams sing, dance and work together to win the title of BANDthology Champions.

BANDthology LIVE! has been entertaining the likes of A&W, Talisman Energy, & Sunshine Village Ski Resort. Although the show is based in Calgary, performances have been given at special events across Canada. So whether it’s a party for a special occasion such as Halloween or Christmas, a corporate event, or team building event, BANDthology LIVE! is a perfect fit!

Mileage is charged outside of the Calgary area at a rate of 50 cents per kilometre. Additional stage lighting is recommended and is not included in the performance package.
