While we stand by the quality construction and materials direct sunlight in addition to high temperatures can be damaging to latex so a little shade goes a long way if possible.
There will be no refunds for damage balloons due to forces of nature out of our control, including nut not limited to temperature, sunlight, rain or wind.
There will be no refunds for popped balloons We take many special precautions to mitigate risk of popping but sorry we cannot and will not guaranty against it .
