Cindy was friendly to our employees and their families. She came well prepared and it was nice that she was able to display her creations (many of which fit the theme of our event). I would recommend her for parties and events.

We were looking for a Balloon Artist for our school's Fine Arts Festival, and Cindy was available and fit into our donor's budget for the time we needed.
