When you book Balloonia Events, here is what you can expect:

Every installation is custom-built fresh for your event — in your colours, your theme, and your venue's exact dimensions. No recycled props, no catalog arches pulled from storage.

After you send your date, venue, and colour direction, you will receive a custom quote within 24 hours. Every quote is personally reviewed and every install is built by Brenda, the sole artist behind Balloonia.

On the day of your event, Brenda arrives 2 to 3 hours before guests are scheduled. Everything is built on site from the structural frame up — arches, garlands, walls, ceiling installs, centerpieces, and more. When she leaves, the room is fully set and nothing from the install process is left behind.

Services include: wedding ceremony arches and reception backdrops, baby and bridal shower walls, corporate brand activations, kids birthday setups, graduation columns, ceiling installs, photo booth backdrops, helium bouquets, and number or letter columns.

From a young age, I felt a special connection to celebrations. I studied interior design at university, and while being involved in a nonprofit organization, I discovered my passion for creating immersive atmospheres. In addition, my background in interior decoration and my father's upholstery and furniture remodeling business gave me a sharp eye for detail. What I love most about my work is being able to transform spaces, turning ideas into realities, and I am especially proud of one installation: a wedding reception where I transformed a simple hall into a magical environment. Each detail was carefully thought out, and that transformation is a reflection of my passion. Outside of balloons, I also love creating a harmonious atmosphere at home, because I believe every space deserves to feel like a sanctuary.

All installations are built on site at your venue. No pre-built pieces are transported or assembled offsite.

Brenda arrives 2 to 3 hours before the event start time to build. A dedicated area or access to the setup space during this window is required.

For ceiling installs and overhead work: access to a ladder and rigging points or ceiling structures may be needed. Please confirm ceiling height and rigging options in advance.

All materials are sourced fresh for each event. Colour swatches or mood board references are helpful when booking — the more detail you can share, the better the final result.
