Suzanne of Balloon Whimsy provided the cutest, elaborate balloon twisted creations for all the kids at our daughters' joint birthday party. Every child got exactly what they wanted (zebra, unicorn, puppies, lion, shields and swords, jellyfish, you name it) and since we only had about 10 kids, Suzanne managed to make each of them multiple balloons. It was a huge hit. She was great with the kids, showed up on time, and made really quality balloons. I recommend her!
