Our event was very small but he kept the balloon creations coming and I'm sure the kids will remember that time when they got to get several balloon "toys." I really appreciate the simplicity of his set up, one chair and table. He is very organized and I can see how he would easily be able to accommodate a larger event due to his experience, patience and system. I really like that he had a poster with options for the kids to choose from which helped to expedite the line of kids excited for their turn.

When someone wants to hire me or get a quote, the first thing I do is check and double-check my availability.
If I am available for their timeslot, I ask what type of event or party they have and if they have any special requirements. Then I discuss pricing.
I am generally more affordable than most balloon twisters, but I also add on a Travel fee. As soon as you let me know the details of your party, I ask about the address and inform you of the total price.
If the event is more than a week out, I will send a reminder-text a few days in advance to give you peace of mind that I am still coming. And I also text you the morning of the event.
I ask for payment on the Day of the event, in person or through invoice, and if you would like to reserve my service for your timeslot, I will also discuss putting down a deposit so that I block out my calendar during your event. Even if I was offered a million dollars to do another party, if the timeslot is reserved, I am committed to you.
