About

Karen Roine (Certified Balloon Artist) and owner of the Balloon Emporium, The Balloon Emporium was established in 1988. I have been to many balloon conferences in North America. Participated in the making of the worlds largest mural in 1999. I continually attend classes for further my knowledge on different balloon techniques, as well as updating the newest products, and ideas. I am very dedicated to my work and give the best service I possibly can.
