Carmel Morgan has been sharing her transformation work with clients & students for nearly 20 years.
She is on a mission to pay forward her story of healing and Right Brain tools that have worked for her with chakra transformation for women.

Carmel is also the Creator of The Heart Chakra Make Over: Chakra Yoga Therapy Breakthrough System for women who are ready to breakthrough their glass ceiling and learn how to their emotional baggage. Carmel loves online learning and social media and how she is able to connect & work with women all around the globe.

The Heart Chakra Make Over is a deep, internally focused practice that emphasizes how to release heartbreaking beliefs of lack & broken and learn how to discover AND carry your Heart Power off the mat into daily life.

By teaching simple asana, breath and an awareness of the movement of energy through the body with music, art and storytelling, she provides a safe, fun place for transformation that is suited for Every Body.
Carmel teaches yoga & art from an intuitive and highly developed understanding of the human body and psyche.

Carmel found her first yoga book at age 8.
She grew up in Los Angeles in the 80's with a burning secret that she was broken & unlovable.
And on a last ditch effort to find comfort in her own body & out of her bad girl self destruction, she joined her first yoga class at Santa Monica College, at age 20.
She wrote on her intake form " I just want to learn how to stop crying every day".
Her commitment & curiosity took her on a journey of extensive self study and professional clinical application of healing modalities, including holistic health, somatic massage & bodywork, homeopathic & naturopathic remedies, anatomy, aromatherapy, reflexology, acupressure therapy, craniosacral therapies, NLP, hypnotherapy, performance & art therapy, polarity and Chakra Reiki.
Her studies in the fields of Quantum Learning, Somatic Bodywork and Holistic Wellness became the foundation of her work that she teaches in
her Chakra Yoga Therapy Certification & In Depth Self Study Programs.

In her life-long pursuit of becoming a better teacher and a better student.
She lets her gypsy spirit take her on regular artist field trips, wandering adventures and unique classrooms.
Carmel has undertaken her own in-depth studies of Yoga in India, Japan, Hawaii , Joshua Tree, San Francisco, Los Angles & Columbus and continues to pursue the joy of learning & creativity while globe trotting beautiful Mother Earth with her Honey.
