For in-person speaking engagements or training sessions, the following technical requirements help ensure a smooth and impactful experience:

Microphone: Wireless lapel mic or headset preferred for mobility; handheld mic acceptable if necessary.

Audio/Visual: Projector or large display screen for slides and media (HDMI connection preferred).

Lighting: Well-lit stage or speaking area, with minimal shadows for audience visibility and media recording.

Staging: Podium optional. Prefer open space to allow movement and interaction. A small table for materials is appreciated.

Sound: Clear sound system suitable for the room size, with audio connection for multimedia playback.

Recording (optional): If recording is permitted, please notify in advance so proper release and coordination can be arranged.
