Technical requirements vary depending on the size and type of event. We are happy to work with your venue, event planner, or production team to ensure a smooth performance.

Performance Space

Minimum stage space for a full band: 20' x 16' (larger stages preferred)
Access to standard electrical power near the performance area
Covered stage or performance area for outdoor events

Sound

Professional PA system appropriate for the venue and audience size
Professional sound engineer (can be provided by the client or included with select performance packages)
Monitor system or in-ear monitor compatibility
Adequate power for audio equipment

Lighting

Basic stage lighting for indoor performances
Event or concert lighting is recommended for larger venues and festivals

Load-In & Setup

Minimum 90–120 minutes for load-in, sound check, and setup (varies by event size)
Convenient loading access and nearby parking are appreciated

Hospitality
For performances exceeding three hours or requiring significant travel, we appreciate:

Bottled water for all performers
A secure, private changing or staging area when available
Meals or a meal buyout for extended events

If your venue does not provide professional sound or production, we can often coordinate those services as part of your booking. Our goal is to make the planning process as easy as possible while ensuring your guests receive the highest-quality live entertainment experience.
