FROM BOOKING TO AURA MAGIC: HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS

BEFORE YOUR EVENT:
Free 15-Minute Consultation: We'll discuss your event vision, guest count, timing, and whether you want full readings or photo-only sessions

Custom Package Design: I'll create a tailored package that fits your event flow and budget

Seamless Coordination: Once booked, I handle all the details so you can focus on your guests

DAY-OF EVENT EXPERIENCE:
Professional Mobile Setup: We arrive with equipment including our camera, a ring light, a black stand backdrop, and printed materials for your guests. We require a standard-height chair to be provided by the client or venue, along with 1-2 small tables for our materials. We need close proximity to an electrical outlet and a semi-quiet, low light environment. If these cannot be provided, we can bring additional equipment. Setup takes approximately 30 minutes but we tend to arrive 1 hour prior to event start time.

Guest Experience: Each participant places their hand on our biofeedback sensors while we capture their unique aura portrait. The entire process is quick, comfortable, and fascinating.

Instant Printed Photo Delivery: Every guest receives their printed vibrant aura photo email immediately after their session (Polaroid) + each guest receives a color guide card revealing the color meanings.

Optional Readings: If you've chosen the reading package, myself or a trained aura reader will provide personalized insights about each guest's energy, emotional state, and what their aura colors reveal (adds depth and engagement!)

Hi, I'm Patty, founder of AuraCool Events. My journey into aura photography started with a deep fascination for spirituality and personal growth, but before diving into aura photography full time, I've spent the last two decades in the world of New York City events and hospitality. My deep understanding of event logistics and behind-the-scenes coordination ensures flawless execution that makes each experience truly unforgettable. AuraCool Events is proud to be a woman and minority-owned business.

We provide modern aura photography services for people and their pets through events and private sessions. We empower individuals to better understand their personal energy field in a unique and engaging way. Whether that’s through individual or couples’ sessions in our private studio, pet energy portraits, or adding flair to your next event, our passion and aim is to make self-discovery fun, stylish, and accessible.

Requirements from Venue or Client:
- Approx. 6x6' or 8x8' footprint (must be indoors)
- Access to a standard electrical outlet
- Low/dim light environment, semi-quiet
- 1 standard height chair
- One or two 30" tables
- 1 hour access to the space for setup
- 30 minutes for breakdown
