Influences and inspiration

Influences

My influences come from both the technical and creative sides of live production.

From an audio standpoint, I’ve always respected engineers and production teams who prioritize clarity, discipline, and preparation — the kind of professionals who make complex shows look effortless. Large-scale conference production, broadcast workflows, and high-level touring engineers have heavily influenced how I approach events: detailed pre-production, clean execution, and zero drama on show day.

I’ve also been influenced by major live event productions — large corporate conferences, keynote stages, televised events, and festival environments — where precision matters and every cue counts. Watching how elite production teams operate behind the scenes shaped my belief that excellence is built in the preparation, not the panic.

Creatively, I’m influenced by leaders who understand that production is about experience. Audio, lighting, and visuals aren’t just technical components — they shape how an audience feels and how a message is received.

Beyond the technical world, I’m influenced by legacy-driven leadership. Building something that lasts, serving clients with integrity, and developing strong teams has been a major driving force in how I operate both personally and professionally.

In every event, my goal is simple: deliver clean, professional execution that allows the message — and the client — to shine.
