Increíble energía y tragos deliciosos!!

Qué buena onda tiene Carlos! Desde que llegó al evento, conectó con todos. Es súper profesional, pero al mismo tiempo muy relajado y fácil de tratar. Se notaba que sabía lo que hacía, y todos quedaron encantados con los tragos (¡especialmente el mojito!). Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados — hizo que nuestra noche fuera aún más especial.

My bartending service is adaptable to most events and spaces, but to ensure the best experience, I recommend the following:
A table or bar station to set up the working area (if no fixed bar is provided).
Access to running water (or at least a nearby source for quick cleaning).
Trash bin or waste disposal nearby.
Proper lighting if the event takes place outdoors or at night.
Covered or shaded area for outdoor events, in case of rain.
Early access for setup (at least 1 hour before the event starts).
If needed, I can assist in coordinating a portable bar, cooler, glassware, and other supplies.

My greatest influence comes from classic hospitality and the art of mixology. My experience was built through years of hard work behind the bar at iconic Miami venues like Cuba Ocho Museum, Guantanamera Cigar Lounge, Restaurante García, and Restaurante Casa Blanca. I didn’t have formal mentors, but every shift was a chance to refine my technique, understand my guests, and turn service into a unique experience.
