January 9, 2026We hired Ashley to play at our son’s wedding. She played for the ceremony as well as cocktail hour. She was amazing. She was responsive during the planning phase and helped us pick our ceremony songs. Her music list is comprehensive. Pop , classical she can play it. She arrived early to set up and played some beautiful pieces while guests were arriving. We received many compliments about her. We will definitely hire her again.

An accomplished violinist, Ashley Freeman began studying violin at the age of four and has been performing for over twenty-five years. Studying under the distinguished faculty at the Eastman School of Music. Ashley currently plays in the New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra and Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra. Ashley enjoys playing all types of gigs and is always delighted to play for your special events - weddings, parties, corporate events, memorials, musicals, birthdays, dinners, proposals, etc.!
I always bring my own music stand and music. I bring my own sound - speaker set up, number of speakers dependent on size of venue/attendees. Depending on duration of gig, I require access to an electrical outlet (I bring extension cords if needed).
