Ashlee showed up early and with enthusiasm. I didnt provide a ton of instruction because I wasn't sure what to expect. Ashlee found the perfect spot to set up and started playing hits from the 90s. It was a whole vibe. Loved when we all unexpectedly ended up Rick-Rolled 🤣🤣🤣. We had a meeting for our association and she did a fantastic job of keeping the volume to where we could still hold our meeting AND hear her the background. It was the perfect filler for those awkward pauses. Will 100% be hiring again for random things in my life because the background music is a vibe. Thank you so much Ashlee for the fantastic experience!!

What to expect
I will dress to match the occasion. I have a tablet and music stand for music and my flute to play. You can place me at the forefront to perform standing to an audience or I can be in a corner or off to the side seated for ambient music in the space. The flute is often used ornamentally, so I would default to a soft sound so as not to deter from conversations or a primary presentation.
About
I am an educator, performer, and multi-instrumentalist. While flute is my main instrument, I am well-versed in the flute family, having played bass flute, alto flute, and piccolo in several ensembles and pits. I also have experience on penny whistles and recorders through musical production pits in NE Ohio. I find great joy in creating music with and for others.
Additional booking notes
I have no preference for staging, lighting, or sound equipment. I do not use anything special personally. If outdoors, it would help to have some flat surface to have my music stand placed.
