I'm Asha Waterhouse, and I specialize in creating digital content that's as bold as it is engaging. I've been creating visual art for almost two decades, and have done everything from producing executive-level marketing campaigns to shooting and editing content for social media and the web.

I've been working professionally for 11 years, but my journey began long before that. Like many others, I started out as a kid who loved taking pictures of their friends, family, and surroundings. But unlike most kids, I decided not to stop there. So I started pursuing the craft, and eventually branched out into other areas of photography, especially portraits and events. After nearly a decade of experience, I've learned how to quickly build rapport with my clients and subjects—whether it's a new face or someone I've worked with before. Being able to connect with people is one of the best parts of my job... but that's not all there is!

I love what I do because it gives me the opportunity to help people accomplish their goals through the power of visual storytelling. Whether it's helping someone update their profile picture or creating a brand identity for a business, my goal is always to make sure they come away feeling confident in their ability to communicate what they do best—and looking great doing it!

The technical requirements for my services are pretty straightforward.

First, you'll need to have a location that is relatively quiet and free of distractions. You should be comfortable in this space, as we will be spending the duration of our shoot there together. I also have a home studio, in Revere, MA—open for portrait photography sessions by request.

Second, you'll need to have a good lighting source that can be controlled by you or me (I usually bring my own lights). This is important so that we can ensure that every image from your session looks great!

Finally, I'll need access to the internet so that we can send each other files back and forth during our session. I can send edited photos to smartphones. I can also provide clients with a copy of all of the RAW/unedited footage from our session. I recommend you have a Mac or PC with access to an SSD hard drive with at least 64GB of free space.
