Hi, my name is Nicolette and I’m a South Florida-based special FX makeup artist with a passion for transforming imagination into reality. Whether it’s gory horror, fantasy creatures, or realistic wounds, I specialize in bringing characters to life through detailed, high-impact makeup artistry. With a background in both beauty and effects, I combine technical skill with creative storytelling to deliver bold, cinematic results for film, TV, photoshoots, and events.

What to expect
I am a special effects makeup artist first, but I am also a beauty makeup artist. I have airbrush skills, face painting skills, and I also have a glitter tattoo kit (mainly for birthday parties and events). I have professional training in life-casting (head and neck), foam and latex face and body appliances, body and face painting, bald cap applications, 3rd degree silicone, nose and scar wax, wig and facial hair application, and have even created a whole severed head (based on my own head).
I am also trained professionally in full face beauty makeup application, including lash applications.
About
Hi! I am a native south Floridian, who has been in the makeup business for 10+ years. I have a BFA in Technical/Design Theatre from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL and a SFX Makeup Degree from Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles, CA. I am incredibly passionate about creating creepy, scary, gorey creatures, but I have a soft spot for beauty makeup, as that is where I started.
The arts are my passion and where I am able to be my full, authentic self. I hope you enjoy my creativity and work!
