September 25, 2025The princess was amazing! She called beforehand to walk us through the run of show, which gave us confidence everything would go smoothly. She arrived on time, met our daughter outside to help ease her nerves, and made sure all the activities were accessible and fun for her as a wheelchair user. A truly magical and reliable experience!
