Technical Requirements
Our setup requirements vary depending on the size and scope of your event design. In most cases, we require access to the venue prior to guest arrival for installation, along with a clear and accessible setup area.
For larger installations, we may require nearby parking/loading access, access to electrical outlets, and sufficient setup time before the event begins. Any venue-specific restrictions, ceiling heights, installation limitations, or required insurance documentation should be shared with us in advance.
Arch & Bloom Studio is fully insured, and a Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon request. We coordinate installation details with you and your venue to help ensure a smooth setup and breakdown.
