My name is Araceli Romo, I am a licenced cosmetologist and certified make-up artist and have been actively employed in the beauty field since 2003. My broad range of experience, and ability to re-create vintage hair styles of any era set me apart. My experience ranges from everyday hair salon services such as cut and color, hair styling and make-up for special events such as weddings, quinceaneras, sweet 16s and proms; to freelance work such as high fashion and headshot photography, videos, promotional work for make-up products at trade shows, conventions and even a few in store demonstrations. I have also worked at blowdry only studios for approximately 3 years. When you hire me you can be sure that I am well rounded in the field, I know the foundation of a great hair style, and absolutey understand not only hair styling and make-up artistry, but the nature and dynamics of different events and settings and the importance of each event to the client whom I am hired by. I take great care to accurately communicate with every client and always strive to create an athmosphere of ease, undertanding and trust. I work by myself or with my trustworthy team depending on the number of people and time alloted for each event.
