We specialize in corporate events, and large scale outdoor events such as Pow-Wows, civil war re-enactments, running events, political rallies, dedications, ribbon cuttings, and more. We can tune up your church sound system and train your volunteers, and give an impartial evaluation of the bid for your new sound system.
We have both analog and digital gear. We use Mackie and Soundcraft digital consoles and Mackie analog consoles.
We have gone with all powered QSC speakers. Our system is scalable and splittable so we can field multiple systems at the same time.
We have Projectors and screens as well.

We also do DIY small system rentals within a 60 mile radius of Fredericksburg, and we can travel further as necessary

When booking please specify the size of the event in both area and audience size. I also need to know what dedicated power resources I will have.
If you are having me run cables over large areas where there is foot traffic or vehicular traffic, the venue must provide any needed mats or cable protectors to meet any insurance requirements you may have and any local codes which need to be followed.
Venue is responsible to pull any needed permits for their event, including live music permits, electrical permits for generators, and any other needed permits your event requires.
Cancellation policy - deposits are non refundable. if you change the date of your event and we can accommodate that date, we will gladly reschedule if available. Our general cancellation policy states that we get paid in full regardless, however we will be willing to work with you if it is within our capability.

Our full rig requires 80-100 amps @110 v within 50 feet of the stage. If not available we have availability of a generator for an additional fee.
