When you book Apex VR, we provide a turnkey entertainment experience—but there are a few technical details and space requirements that help us deliver the best setup for your event. Please review the following to ensure your venue or event space is ready for an easy, smooth, and safe VR experience.

General Setup Requirements:

Minimum space per motion simulator: 10 feet wide x 15 feet deep

Additional space needed for stand-alone VR game stations and crowd flow

A flat, stable surface (concrete, gym floor, pavement, or smooth grass/turf) is ideal

Please notify us ahead of time if stairs, elevators, or narrow doorways are involved

Indoor Events:

Ceilings should be at least 8 feet high

Climate-controlled venues are ideal for extended playtimes

Outdoor Events:

Flat driveway, patio, or tented area is preferred

Must be protected from direct sunlight, rain, or extreme temperatures

Apex VR recommends a tent or shaded cover for outdoor events longer than 2 hours
