APC Weddings and Events

You can expect me to show up with bells on! (no, not literally, but I regularly bring treats or coffee!) I will come organized, professional and excited!

Upon inquiry, you can expect me to ask you some questions about your big day, your vision, guest count, favorite colors, desired location and of course your budget! I always guarantee to stay within the budget you assign me, if you need planning help! If you just want a day of coordinator, I will have a timeline of the entire day and I will set itineraries for everyone in your wedding party, including the parents! I make sure that all decorations are in place, every bridal party member knows what they are doing and when, and even assist in replacement vendors if the unfortunate happens and someone does not show up or gets sick last minute!

Hi! I'm glad you're here! Are you a little stressed out or overwhelmed with wedding planning? Just need some help securing some quotes for vendors? Need help the day of your event/wedding to make sure everything happens on time? I can help with that! Budget friendly wedding and event planning/coordinator! How did I get started? Well, my husband is a super cool DJ and I started coordinating weddings alongside his business for the last year and decided to branch out into my own business! (oh, I also planned our own wedding with a $5,000 budget in less than 6 months!) One thing I regretted for my wedding was not having a day of coordinator so I could relax just a little bit more! I was confident I could do it all, but the cost of most coordinators in the area truly held me back. So I want to help you!

I require a contract to be signed by you, this includes the requirement of you to release vendor information including contact information for every vendor and necessary wedding party information.

I do not handle payments, I will make this clear. If something like a deposit needs paid, I send that invoice to you and you must process the payment to that vendor within 24 hours.

I do not supply decorations except for a few emergency items in the event something breaks or is missing such as candles, vases, some artificial flowers and possibly lanterns.
