Antoinette Griffin

I have had the pleasure of working with Antionette Griffin through my current role at THCA since 2021. She has spoken at THCA events even before then and has consistently been rated as a top speaker who is invited back each year. In 2022 we launched in partnership with Antionette and her company Griff Development, the THCA Leadership Academy, a six-part virtual series of training designed for emerging executives in long-term care. Response from the program has been overwhelmingly positive and we continue to grow the program by adding new cohorts. Antoinette is incredibly talented as a presenter, keynote, trainer, and coach, able to fully engage her audience regardless of size, format, or scope of the presentation. She is easy to work with and is a first class professional in every aspect of her work.

We hosted an in-person company retreat for ~25 employees of our remote company and we're incredibly happy that we chose Antoinette to be one of our speakers!

We opted for the optional DISC assessment, which ended up being a great choice. Going into the session, we had all completed our assessments and we were each somewhat familiar with our individual results. During the session, Antoinette walked us through the best (and worst) ways of communicating with each group of people. There were so many eye-opening moments, even for people who regularly work closely with one another!

The session was very engaging, as well. Antoinette gave us multiple opportunities to have 1:1 sessions with our peers and essentially facilitated 'heart-to-hearts' where we talked about what makes us tick, how we prefer to be interacted with, etc. There were many teary-eyes throughout the session as people were awakened and simply excited to have the ammo to treat their colleagues with even more respect by way of communication. We all left the session having established a tighter bond with each other and that has already shown itself in our client work.

All-in-all, I couldn't recommend Antoinette highly enough. She arrived early and was all setup well before our scheduled kickoff time, she was personable and friendly to everyone she interacted with, and was well-prepared with a presentation.

As a team, we derived so much more value out of this session than what Antoinette charged us. She's one of the best in the business and I highly recommend that you consider Antoinette Griffin for your next speaking or team-bonding event.

We'll be hiring her again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.
