February 27, 2016Very Capable, Reliable and Totally Committed
We had a wonderful experience with Monroe from Rieal Entertainment. He provided excellent sound engineer and technical support for our Talent Show event. He is very thorough, a great problem solver and extremely reliable. Monroe went above and beyond for us. He cared about our event and it showed. Everything went off without a hitch. There were a lot of moving parts and he handled it with grace and poise and an impressive know how. I highly recommend Rieal Entertainment. They are good people that know their business. I will use them again.

PROFILE
UPDATED for 2025
A true professional available to assist as a tech director, event producer, or Audio/Video/Light tech. Offering professional event services since 2006.
Mr. Monroe is an accomplished Event Production & Technical Director, Multimedia Designer, Livestream Producer, Trainer, and Entrepreneur. He employs a detail-oriented, conscientious approach to every project while looking for creative, resourceful solutions. As a director/producer, he confidently prioritizes project milestones, delegates tasks, and makes solid production decisions while maintaining a focus on overall goals. As a trainer, he enjoys working with & educating volunteer teams for schools, churches, and community theatre groups.
Monroe got started in audio production in 1998, creating music tracks on the computer as a hobby. In 2003, he had an opportunity to join the sound crew at church. A couple years later, as a favor to a friend at church, he DJ’d for his wedding reception. In receiving favorable feedback from that event, it was obvious there was a need in the community for high quality yet affordable event services. In 2006, he began providing professional live sound and dj services while still volunteering on the sound crew at church.
Over the last two decades, Mr. Monroe has served at countless church activities and events; school concerts and theater events; community theater events (plays and fundraisers); funerals, weddings, birthdays, & anniversary celebrations; as well as corporate conferences and seminars.
Monroe is known for taking a thorough and conscientious approach to every project he works on. He's also known for being curious about tech and sharing what he's learned with others to help them find success. Monroe has served with, coordinated, and trained several volunteer teams both in church and for non-profit theater groups. He also has consulted with and help train volunteer teams for various churches and schools over the years.
In that same timeframe, Mr. Monroe has helped with dozens of school events from fundraisers, concerts, and talent shows to full-on theater productions. He is especially blessed by the years spent working with staff and volunteers at St. Cyril of Jerusalem School, Canyon Elementary School, Frost Middle School, and Metro Charter.
He has also had the privilege of working with a several community theater companies most notably Theatre Works Kids, Lilly Theatre Company, and San Gabriel Valley Music Theatre.
Mr. Monroe currently serves as a volunteer tech director for a church in Bakersfield supervising the weekly duties for sound, video projection, livestream as well as supporting the various other volunteer teams include the worship band and the ministry leaders.
