Anne Chairge and Tim Huh

Anne Chairge and Tim Huh are experienced in performing in a variety of venues. A wedding engagement can include entrance music for families of bride and groom, and processional, communion and recessional songs. Reception cocktail hour includes adaptations spanning the 1940s to today, popular music including timeless standards, Broadway and film favorites, light pop and jazz standards, adapted for an elegant experience.

A similar selection would be appropriate for many other types of private events.

Anne Chairge is a flutist, pianist and educator with a Bachelors of music from the Conservatory of Music at SUNY Purchase and Masters of Music from the University of Texas at Austin. Her performance background includes classical, freelance, and private event work in New York, Texas, Maryland and Pennsylvania, including holding the seat for four consecutive years as principal flute of the New York Youth Symphony during her university years.

Anne runs a full-time private studio in Pennsylvania, where she teaches flute and piano, and she creates custom arrangements for flute ensembles, chamber groups, and live events. Her playing blends classical training, improvisation, and a warm, expressive style well suited for cocktail hours, weddings, receptions, and private gatherings.

Tim Huh is an electric violinist with 25 years' experience in performing and recording contemporary worship and traditional sacred music in Pennsylvania, Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and Austin, Texas. His background includes classical training, studio production and live engineering, as well as live band performances in venues in Northeast Pennsylvania and New York.

Tim has worked with local recording artists and musicians in Northeast Pennsylvania, offering session recording and performance for a variety of genres and events. He is known for his improvisational style and sonic range which blends orchestral fills and blues inspired lead lines with classic Americana and folk strings.

In order to provide the optimal musical experience, it is requested that the client provide as detailed a description as possible of the venues, including number of attendees and the size of the performance space. If a sound system is available, please include a description of the equipment. If no sound reinforcement is present at the venue, Anne and Tim can provide a PA system. It is important that the size of the room and number of attendees is provided so that a sufficient number of powered speakers can be prepared for the event. Any requested lighting would be the responsibility of the client and/or the venue(s).
