STAGING
Ankur prefers an open stage—no podiums if possible. He moves around, interacts with the audience, and delivers with energy, so a clear, obstacle-free space allows him to work best. If a podium must be used, please place it stage left or stage right.

MICROPHONE
A wireless lavalier microphone is ideal. Ankur’s hands are part of the performance—don’t tie them down. If a lav mic isn’t available, a wireless handheld mic will work (bonus points if it's sleek and not leftover from a karaoke night).

PROJECTION
Ankur uses his own MacBook Pro (USB-C ports) to run his slides. He’ll bring an HDMI or USB-C adapter, but you’ll need to provide:

A large screen or projector with HDMI input

A confidence monitor facing the stage (preferred, not required)

Presentation clicker (wireless)

PRESENTATION FORMAT
Slides are built in PowerPoint (16:9 aspect ratio) and include embedded videos and sound. A tech check is required 30–60 minutes before showtime to confirm A/V and media playback.

SOUND
Clear audio is non-negotiable. The keynote includes video and music cues, so the audio system must be capable of handling multimedia playback without distortion or lag.

LIGHTING
General stage lighting is fine. No need for Broadway, but the audience should be able to see Ankur’s expressions—especially the raised eyebrow during mic-drop moments.

INTERNET
Only required if live demos or AI tool walkthroughs are requested. Otherwise, Ankur is self-contained and always has a local copy of his slides and videos.

BACKUP PLAN
The presentation will be emailed in advance and available via cloud link, just in case. But Ankur still prefers running the keynote from his machine to avoid last-minute formatting chaos.

EXTRAS
If your event includes audience interaction, Q&A, or breakout sessions, let Ankur’s team know in advance so the format and flow can be adjusted for maximum impact.
