Combining her love of food and hosting skills, she has been the resident emcee for the Food Lion Chef Challenge for 3 years, greeting audiences at various events including the ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament Fan Fest, the CIAA Basketball Tournament Fan Fest and multiple locations of the Southern Women’s Show. For over six years she emceed the Breakfast for M’Lady Program for the Oxford Henderson Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Angela was tapped twice to host Let’s Talk Teal, a program presented in partnership with the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance. She has emceed countless talent shows, charity events, and community programs along with live television for Public Television's annual fundraiser.
A die hard Tar Heel who unapologetically bleeds Carolina Blue, Angela is an honors graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Radio, Television, Motion Pictures and Speech Communication.
